Roland Peens will be joining their cellar master, Mathew van Heerden, in presenting Champagnes from the prestigious houses of Drappier, Le Mesnil, Jacquesson and Dom Pérignon alongside the Grande Provence MCCs.
Executive Chef Darren Badenhorst has prepared an exquisite pairing menu to complement the unique characteristics of each Champagne and sparkling wine.
