Dom Pérignon, the Moët Hennessy-owned Champagne house, recently announced that they will enter into a joint partnership with the American musician Lenny Kravitz.

The four-time Grammy Award winner will be the newest collaborator and take up the roles of creative director, photographer and designer. Following artists and visionaries such as Jeff Kroons, Tokujin Yoshioka, Michael Riedel and Karl Lagerfield, Kravitz expressed how he has always felt a close affiliation to Champagne and often finds himself ‘opening a bottle of Champagne and celebrating life just because it’s Tuesday’.

This collaboration is not as unbelievable as it may seem though. In 2011, Kravitz received the honour of ‘Chevalier of the Order of Arts and Letters’, which is one of France’s highest cultural accolades for his work against the interracial barriers in the music industry.

A full disclosure of what the project entails will be released around September 2018. Wine Cellar is honoured to stock some of these artistic, limited edition Champagnes by Dom Pérignon and we still have a few bottles of the Limited Edition by Tokujin Yoshioka still available.
