The brilliant collaboration between viticulturist Etienne Terblanche and winemaker Stephanie Wiid has now passed the 10-year mark, and the anticipation grows with each annual release. Today we’re bringing you their swoon-worthy Khakibos 2025 – an ‘immensely flavourful’ white blend that offers both value and vinosity at R295.
Drawing inspiration from Portugal’s versatile varieties, the duo highlights the Cape’s soils through wines that showcase their world-class blending skills. The ‘super-tasty’ Khakibos 2025 is a blend of Verdelho, Palomino, Chenin, Albariño and Fernão Pires from across the Western Cape. ‘It has plenty of grip, layered flavours of lime, pear, citrus peel,’ says Tim Atkin in his 2026 SA Report, and it’s too delicious not to drink immediately.
