Wine Cellar recently held an exclusive event with Italy’s most influential producer, Angelo Gaja. The event began with a 90-minute presentation, followed by a tasting of some of Gaja’s most acclaimed wines, and finished off with a 3-course lunch paired with Gaja wine.
Angelo Gaja’s presentation and tasting offered all those who attended the occasion the chance to hear, first-hand, of his journey through artisanal winemaking, the effects of climate change on viniculture, and how he continues to engage both his ‘heart and soul’ in order to survive these challenging times.
