‘I cannot remember a Burgundy vintage that elicited so much joy from barrel,’ says Neal Martin of the region’s 2022s. He was equally charmed by the 2023s – praising them for their classicism and immense drinking pleasure.
Whether you’re looking for a zesty Chardonnay from Chablis for a summer lunch or a brilliant Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru to safeguard in your cellar for a special occasion, we have it all. For Pinot lovers, grab a bottle of the best-selling Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru from Olivier Leflaive, or treat yourself to the Musigny Grand Cru from Joseph Drouhin.

Our new shipment from Burgundy has just arrived and we’re delighted to offer 100 wines from our favourite producers. The selection includes 2023s from Héritiers du Comte Lafon, Joseph Drouhin, Daniel Dampt and Henri Boillot, and 2022s from Olivier Leflaive, whose wines are kept back for an additional year before release.
Both the 2022 and 2023 vintages brought beautifully healthy crops. The vignerons have adapted well to extreme and sometimes unpredictable weather conditions, crafting wines of intensity, tension and terroir.
Fill your boots with the ‘utterly delicious’ 2022s and 2023s while you can (Allen Meadows) as the 2024 crop will be tiny, but prices won’t be. If you’re not sure what to buy, we’re happy to select a basket for you based on your budget and stylistic preferences.
